The Unlikely Return of... Space Dolphin

A long time ago in a galaxy not that far away (ok, it was our galaxy)…
space dolphin made frequent visits to surfingworld.com.au He wore jetpacks, flew in rockets, destroyed evil aliens with lazer eyes and ate yummy mullet. He was a symbol of hope. A cosmic dynamo. His only aim? To put a smile on the face of visitors to our website and to maybe ride a few gammer waves with Terry Fitzgerald. He was immortalised by some of surfing’s finest artists. Ozzie Wright, Jonathan Zawada, Mark Sutherland, Ben Brown, Al Beveridge and our very own Martyn Worthington. And then he was gone. To where? We don’t know. What was he doing? Who cares. All we know is he’s back and like any dolphin sighting, it’s made our day.
