GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Surfing World is owned and operated by 3CMG Pty Ltd. Your submittal of a Subscription with 3CMG Pty Ltd indicates your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set forth below. 3CMG Pty Ltd reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any stage.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the completion of your applicable subscription term unless you have advised us that you do not wish to renew your subscription to Surfing World. For renewals, the same amount will be charged to the credit card you used for your initial subscription, unless you notify us that your credit card details have changed. If we are unable to process your renewal payment for any reason, we will notify you and suspend delivery of subscriptions until your payment is able to be processed. You may advise us of your intention not to renew your subscription in the following way:

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We will happily exchange or refund your item, provided the item and it’s packaging are returned to Surfing World within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track the goods you are returning.
If you have would like to exchange for a different size or colour, please email Surfing World stating your order number and the exchange preference prior to returning the item.
If you would like a refund, please email Surfing World stating your order number and brief explanation of refund required. A refund will be made when the goods are received by Surfing World in the original condition.
Surfing World reserves the right to deduct the value of the subscription gift off the refunded amount of a cancelled subscription.
If goods are faulty, please email email@example.com stating your order number and brief explanation as to the problem with the item. We will send you a Prepaid Postage bag to return the item in and once it has been received we will either refund the cost of the item paid at purchase including postage, or send you a replacement if the stock is available.
Most orders will ship out within two days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard service unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are a flat rate from $7 within Australia, from $10 to New Zealand and from $15 Internationally. Amounts will be added to the order total before checkout. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3 and 7 business days depending on your location. We deliver products using Australia Post. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, Surfing World cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers. Surfing World ships goods Australia wide and internationally.
